How do I unfreeze my membership?

We know plans can change, and if you're ready to return sooner than expected, we can unfreeze your membership early.

What happens when I unfreeze early?

• Direct Debit members: A pro-rata fee will be calculated based on how early you unfreeze. The amount will be added to your next Direct Debit payment.
• Annual members: Your membership will resume immediately, and your end date will be adjusted accordingly.

How do I request an unfreeze?

Unfreezing your membership is simple - just fill out a Membership Unfreeze Request Form. Our Customer Service team will process your request within 72 hours.
