Table Tennis
The aim of the game is simple; hit the ball over the net onto your opponent’s side of the table. Playing table tennis is a fun and effective way to improve your physical fitness and overall health. It can be played at various levels of intensity and can be enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels.
At the centre we have a number of tables which can be booked for a casual match in our sports hall. Bats and balls can be provided free of charge from reception.
