Q: Can the customer bring their own decorations?
A: Yes! Customers are more than welcome to bring their own decorations. We will provide napkins, cups and cutlery with a large 'Happy Birthday' banner and streamers already set up in each room.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not allow the use of confetti or pinatas.
Q: Can the party arrive early to set up decorations?
A: Due to our party rooms being used multiple times throughout the day we cannot guarantee the room will be ready until the start time of the booking, however- decorations can be set up during the childrens activity time.
Q: Can the customer bring a birthday cake?
A: Yes, the customer can bring a birthday cake with them. No other food/drink is permitted to be brought into the centre.
PLEASE NOTE: don't forget to bring candles and lighter/matches as we cannot provide these at the centre.
Q: Are there music facilities in the party rooms?
A: Yes, each party room has its own built in bluetooth system that customers can connect to. Please ensure to bring a compatible device with pre-downloaded music due to poor signal at the centre.
Q: Is there a limit on how many adults can stay with the party?
A: There is no limit on how many adults are allowed to stay with the party however, due to limited seating we cannot guarantee seating/tables in the cafe area for everyone.
Q: Will the party have a reserved table near the activty area?
A: Yes, each party will have a table reserved for them in close proximity to their chosen activity area.
Q: Can the customer book a mixed activity party package- Trampoline & Soft play?
A: The only packages available to have access to both activity areas is our private hire options.
Q: Can extra children be added on top of those initially paid for upon booking?
A: Yes, extra children can be added up to the maximum amount allowed for the chosen package. A final number of children will need to be confirmed with the party coordinator a week before the party, they will be in contact via email to recieve this and a phone call will be scheduled to take any remaining balance.
Q: What should the cutsomer do if a child/children in their party has allergies or dietary requirements?
A: When confirming the final food options and number of guests with our party coordinator the week prior to the party the customer should state the name of the child, what their dietary requirement is and which meal option/dessert they have chosen. The kicthen will be informed and a suitable alternative of their meal choices will be provided.
