Our newly refurbished gym is fully equipped with all the facilities you need to achieve your fitness goals. With air-conditioning and a range of cardio and resistance equipment, free weights, stretching areas and fitness aids, our spacious gym has everything you need to work towards your goals.
The center features two pools, each offering a variety of sessions throughout the week. The Main Pool measures 25 meters by 6 lanes and ranges in depth from 1 meter to 1.8 meters, while the Teaching Pool measures 12.5 meters by 10 meters and is specially designed for babies and young children, with a depth ranging from 0 to 0.9 meters.
