For 11-17 year olds our junior gym sessions are the chance to enjoy the gym with specialised guidance from our experienced Fitness Managers during dedicated after-school and weekend time slots.
Monday to Friday 3.30pm-5.30pm
Saturday 9am-12pm
Sunday 2pm-5pm
Plus extra sessions during the school holidays.
All juniors are required to book a time slot using the Better UK App and are able to workout using equipment such as:
- Bikes
- Treadmills
- Cross-trainers
- Resistance machines
- Stretch area
Our friendly fitness team will be on-hand to supervise and assist, to ensure you safely enjoy and get the most from your workout.
After signing up, all junior members are required to have a junior induction prior to using the gym, which is bookable via the Better UK app.
