Swim for All & Aqua Splash

Swim for All sessions are great for developing confidence in the water, working on your strokes, or loosen up with family and friends. Swim for All sessions are suitable for all ages.

We have a new activity! Aqua Splash Inflatable sessions now at Newham Lesiure Centere three times a week, throughout summer holiday. Come along and take on our water obstacle course. Will you claim bragging rights over your mates and make it all the way to the end! Book now and find out!

Junior Gym

Here at Newham Leisure Centre, we enocurage fit and healthy lifestyles from a young age. We run Junior Gym sessions for juniors aged 11-17 years old. It is essential that juniors book an induction after signing up to the Junior membership and prior to attending their first session.

During the February school holidays we will be running additional day time slots for juniors to attend, Monday 17th to Friday 21st 10am - 12pm.

As well as Parent and Junior gym sessions running from 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday during school Holidays.

Intensive Swimming Crash Course

Our Intensive Swimming Crash Course. Our daily 30-minute lessons are expertly crafted to encourage water confidence and essential swimming skills in a short amount of time.

We offer sessions tailored for complete beginners, as well as top-up classes for those already enrolled into betters in Better's Swim School.

We also offer Adult classes at Newham Leisure Centre now
