Our air-conditioned gym is home to a variety of fitness equipment suitable for those just starting out or those looking to progress on their health and fitness journey. Choose from 62 programmable cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, resistance equipment including free weights and a dedicated stretching area. You'll also find fitness aids such as swiss balls and much more.

We have two main studios which are home to a variety of fitness classes ranging from Mind & Body, Strength & Conditioning to Cardio and Dance. The mirrored walls will help you perfect your technique and both studios benefit from air conditioning for your comfort . A range of equipment is available for each class where required including weights, steps and mats.

Our dedicated Group Cycling studio is fully air-conditioned, to keep you cool whilst working up a sweat. With 17 bike stations avaialble, you'll be able to choose and adjust your own level of resistance during each track and ensure that your workout is perfect for your individual fitness levels, whilst enjoying the fast-paced class. 

Our main 25 metre pool has 6 lanes and is home to our fitness and swim for all sessions alongside our popular aqua classes. The teaching pool is a shallow pool ideal for parents with young children and swimming beginners. The pools benefit from changing rooms on the pool side and accessible changing areas are available. Pool Pods are also available to assist with pool access for those who require it. 

Our 8 court sports hall offers plenty of space to enjoy a variety of sports. This versatile layout provides the option for either 8 badminton courts, 2 football or basketball courts, cricket and much more. Event seating is also available for those who would rather spectate. 

Newham Leisure Centre offers both grass and astro turf pitches perfect for a variety of sports. Our grass pitch is primarily used for football however we also have 4 astro turf pitches on hand so that you don't have to let the weather interfere with your plans. Pitches can be hired for one-off sessions or as block bookings. 

The centre has an olympic standard 400m outdoor running track with full floodlight coverage. The track also includes two jumping pits and high jumping areas.

We are proud to be able to offer out of school hours access to a fantastic Multi-Sports Centre. This indoor centre offers space for a whole host of activities including basketball, cricket, athletics, racquet sports and much more, offering many ways to add variety to your fitness routine. Speak to a member of the team about booking your space. Club bookings are also welcomed.
