Wavelengths boasts 3 fitness studios that host a range of Fitness Classes. All studios are fully equipped with mats, steps, and balls so members can maximise their workout time.

Treat the kids to an indoor adventure all year round. Give them the freedom to play and use their imagination in our soft play area. Features include Slides, Ball pit, Climbing Frame, and an under 5’s area.

Our cafe serves hot and cold drinks and snacks. With a relaxing atmosphere and free Wi-Fi, it is the perfect place to get refreshed after a workout, wait for your children’s swimming lessons, or simply grab a bite to eat.
