Wavelengths Leisure Centre is located just a 5-minute walk from Deptford train station on the Lewisham and Greenwich border.  Working in partnership with Lewisham Council, our 50 station gym also contains two fitness studios, plus a third studio on the first floor. The refurbished leisure pool includes a dedicated parent and toddler pool.  Our 25m fitness pool is available for fitness swimming and family swimming throughout the week plus the new poolside health suite with sauna and steam room cabins, is now open.  We offer a huge range of fitness classes from Group Cycle to Zumba. Our first-floor soft play offers a great space for our younger customers to have fun and burn some energy.
