We've recently replaced all our cardio and resistance gym kit to make the gym at Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex state-of-the-art and fully equipped with high-quality equipment from Technogym. Gym is divided into Cardio, Resistance, Strength, Functional and Stretch zones and provides various training options for everyone.
We offer 4 swimming pools for all types of activities including outdoor lido, 50m indoor pool, teaching pool and leisure pool.

We have 3 fitness studios onsite including a dedicated group cycle studio. They provide the perfect space for our range of fitness classes on offer.
The 4-court sports hall, located on the ground floor of the centre, hosts a variety of activities including Badminton, Basketball, and Table Tennis. It is also available for hire for any other events.
Our 3G pitches have the latest surface technology and are floodlit, so you can play when it suits you. Pitches are available all year round.
Our 400m, floodlit track is a perfect place for any athlete to train and includes 2 long/triple jump pits, high jump, pole vault, throwing cage for hammer and discus, javelin, shot putt, grandstand and fully equipped with hurdles and a steeplechase pit.
Our Health Suite will aid you in your recovery time and give you the ultimate sense of well being and relaxation! Take some deserved time out from your busy schedules and enjoy our steam room or sauna.
The light and airy cafe, situated just inside the main entrance provides an assortment of hot and cold drinks and snacks. There is plenty of indoor seating and an area that overlooks the main pool for you to relax and catch up with friends. Our outside café area is also open if there is a demand/weather permits.
