Gym
Our fully equipped, air conditioned gym has a wide range of cardiovascular machines, resistance equipment, a dedicated stretch area; making it the perfect place to begin your journey to a fitter you.
Studios
To add variety to your fitness programme we offer a range of fitness classes. Our studios are also available to hire and features an integrated music system, specialised fitness class equipment and mirrored walls.
Swimming Pools
Our pools host a variety of special swimming sessions designed to meet the diverse needs of the community. The 25m, 6 lane swimming pool is complimented by a 0.9m deep teaching pool. We also have a Poolpod lift to provide independent accessible access into the pool.
Group Cycle Studio
Upgrade your fitness level by taking part to one of our Group Cycle classes.
Located within our centre you can find a studio dedicated to our Group Cycle fitness classes with 20 bikes available just waiting for you.
Challenge yourself in this extreme workout and burn more calories than ever in this intense cardio activity.
Each class is 45 minutes and can be booked online, at reception or calling us at the centre.
Sports Hall
Our 4 badminton court sports hall is used for a range of activities ranging from 5 a side Football to Basketball. Each one of these activities is available for you to book via our reception and the hall is also available to hire for events. Please contact the centre directly for more information.
Spa Experience
Our spa offers you a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment in which to restore you body, mind and wellbeing. Combining the best traditional thermal therapies, with the very latest modern day treatments, there is nowhere better to indulge yourself and restore harmony to your life.
There are over 50 health, beauty and relaxation treatments with leading International spa brands including Elemis, La Sultane de Saba, Murad, CND and Fake Bake.
60+ social area
The social area for all of our members on the Better Health and Fitness Concessionary (60+) membership is extremely popular. The area offers the chance to unwind with friends after a workout and is the focal point for many of the monthly activities and social events.
Cafe
The cafe serves hot and cold food and drinks and is the perfect place to relax after your exercise or to catch up with friends.
