Our newly refurbished 125 station gym boasts one of the largest free weights areas in Epsom, along with a wide range of fitness equipment which will rival any private club. Our Fitness Instructors and our personal trainers will guide you through your fitness journey to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. There is a dedicated over 60’s social area with low intensity machines and social area. There are over 50 fitness classes programmed for all ages for all fitness levels for every day of the week. For kids aged under 10 we have a play park featuring slides, sports pitch and a dedicated under 3’s area and weekly sessions for SEN children. The six lane 25m swimming pool suits both fitness and recreational swimmers and our 25m Teaching Pool offers fun for all the family including lessons through our Better Swim School. We also have a Pool Pod lift to give you independent accessible access into the pool. In addition we plan birthday parties, provide kids holiday schemes. The 6 badminton court sports hall offers badminton, football, basketball, netball, short tennis and table tennis. To top this all off, the centre also has a Spa facility where you can treat yourself to a variety of treatments and enjoy the thermal Spa.
