Do you not like crowded lanes and a cold pool but still want to maintain an healthy lifestyle? Here at parkside we are offering a 60+ swim session. This session will take place in our diving pool which is kept at a warmer temperature of 29 degrees. The pool is 12m long by 12.5m wide and has a moveable floor which will also be set at 1.2m meaning you can swim and stand up easy. These sessions will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. BOOK HERENo matter your age or ability come down to the gym and experience our wide range of machines. We have new machines ranging from cardio to weights. If you have any questions speak to one of our fully qualified FIs who will be in and around the gym.

Are you are new to fitness classes or want to learn the fundamentals of yoga before jumping into a more advanced class? Come down every Monday at 16:15 to try something new in our Yoga Basics class.
Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) basics class will be a scaled down version of the usual HIIT classes we have to offer and are perfect if you are trying to get back into shape.
Aerobics is the perfect class for burning them calories. If it has been a while or you arent feeling the gym this week book into the Aerobics basics class to get you moving!
Group cycle is one of our most popular classes here at parkside due to its high intensity. Try out in our group cycle basics and find your rythm before juping into the more advanced classes.
