When you book online the team will make contact to confirm catering options or any additional requirements that you may have.

On the day we will have everything set up for your arrival, as well as taking care of the cleaning up at the end, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the day.

Pricing

Birthday parties are bookable for up to 30 children with both catering and 'no food' options available.

From as little as £104.95 for a 'no food' option party and  £242.45 for a catered party (25 attendees), you can build a package that is tailored to your requirements, and your budget.

Booking times are as follows;

Saturdays & Sundays

11:30am-1:30pm & 2.30pm-4.30pm

Please note that bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance.

Catered parties

The leisure centre team will contact you to confirm catering arrangements after you have made your online birthday party booking.

And don't worry, if you have booked a 'no food' birthday party and change your mind, it's easy to add a catering option on later.

Food options

Choose from one of the below;

Cheese pizza, hotdog, cheeseburger, or chicken nuggets. Chips and a Fruice Juicy are included.

Please note that veggie options and an adult offering are available on request.

Birthday party FAQs

Can I pay a deposit to secure my preferred date?

Due to the popularity of our birthday parties, leaving a deposit and provisional bookings is not available as an option. Booking online is the only way to guarantee your booking.

Can I arrive early to set up the room?

Our team will set up the room ready for your arrival.  We allow 15 minutes before each party for you to decorate with table cloths, banners and balloons.

Can I hire a face painter or entertainer for my party?

Please inform us if you wish to hire any external services as part of your birthday party, as we require evidence of Public Liabilty Insurance to ensure the safety and welfare of users whilst in our centre.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Party food must only be purchased from The Little Bistro, with the exception of the birthday cake.

What if my child is sick and we can't attend?

We understand that these things happen, and we will do our best to try to accommodate you with another suitable date for your party. A refund can also be requested in line with our cancellation policy.

Are there any other booking conditions that I should be aware of?

  • It is the responsibility of the booker to supervise children to ensure that bouncy castle safety guidelines are followed.
  • No personal electrical equipment should be used i.e. no cooking equipment or electric toys or scooters.
  • Party poppers, confetti, or balloons with confetti are not allowed. This is to accommodate cleaning and resetting of the room in time for the next birthday party starting.
  • You can arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up for your party, but please be sure to leave at your booking finish time.
