Gym Inductions & Program Updates
Before you can use one of our gyms, we ask that you complete an induction with one of our Fitness Instructors.
This includes an overview of the equipment to ensure you are comfortable using them, as well as a medical questionnaire for your safety.
Our instructors can also draw up a fitness regime tailored to suit your requirements and help accomplish your goals.
Junior Gym
Looking for an activity to get your child active? As part of our Junior Health & Fitness membership, our Junior Gym sessions are a great starting point in getting your child fit.
The sessions provide a safe environment for your 11-17 year old to train and develop a fitness regime.
Junior Gym sessions are available Monday to Friday 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Before taking part children are required to complete an induction.
