What should I do if I missed or can't attend my Healthwise appointment?

  • If you can't attend an appointment, please contact your local Healthwise team as soon as possible to reschedule.
  • If you missed your appointment, reach out to your local Healthwise team to rebook at your earliest convenience.
  • If you miss three sessions without notice, you will be unable to continue your programme.
