How do I get referred to Healthwise?

• To join Healthwise, you'll need a referral from your GP or specialist.
• Your doctor will submit your referral electronically to us.
• Once received, we'll screen your eligibility and contact you via text, email, or phone.

Haven't heard from us? If it's been more than three weeks, contact your local Healthwise team to follow up.
