What happens if my/my child’s lesson is cancelled?

At times, unforeseen circumstances may disrupt our lesson schedules. If closures are planned, you'll receive advance notice, and your lesson or membership payment will be adjusted accordingly, based on the duration and number of affected lessons.

For unplanned disruptions, we'll strive to notify you promptly, and your payments will be credited accordingly, taking into account the duration and impact on your lessons.

We offer two types of credits:

Lesson Credit

If possible, we'll arrange replacement lessons for you to attend at a later date. You'll receive an email detailing this process if it applies to you.

Membership Credit

If replacement lessons aren't feasible, we'll adjust your future payment collection accordingly.
