Can I freeze my/my child’s membership if we are unable to attend lessons?
We understand that life's circumstances can sometimes require a temporary pause in your lesson attendance. If you need to freeze your access due to any of the reasons below, we're here to support you:
- Injury/Long-Term Medical Condition (proof required)
- Pregnancy (Mat B1 proof required)
- Observance of Ramadan
During the freeze period, we'll adjust your future payment collection accordingly. Your pupil(s) will be temporarily removed from the lesson register until they're ready to return. While we'll do our best to accommodate your preferred day and time upon your return, please understand that it's not always guaranteed.
