Can I get a refund for my membership?

We understand that plans change. If you need to request a refund for your membership, we're here to help.

Am I eligible for a refund?

Refunds may be available in certain situations, including facility closures, lesson cancellations or payment errors. Some requests may require supporting evidence.

  • Changed your mind? If you purchased your membership online but haven't used it yet, you have 14 days to cancel and receive a refund.
  •  Medical reasons? If an illness or injury is preventing you from using your membership, you may be eligible for a refund. We may ask for medical evidence to support your request.
