Can I change my bank details or the date of my Direct Debit?

We understand that financial circumstances may change, and you might need to update your Direct Debit details. Here's what you need to know to make changes:

Changing your Direct Debit date

During the joining process, you are given the option to select your preferred Direct Debit collection date. However, once set, this date cannot be changed for the duration of your membership. If you wish to select a different Direct Debit collection date, you will need to cancel your current membership and rejoin with your preferred date.

Updating your bank details

If you need to update your bank details, you will need to complete a new Direct Debit mandate form. You can access the form here.

You can return the completed mandate in your preferred format to customerservices@gll.org

Please ensure that the details provided are correct to avoid any delays.

Important information

  • We can only accept UK bank accounts that allow Direct Debits to be set up.
  • Account numbers must be eight digits long.
  • Sort codes must be six digits long.
