Featuring lower intensity options and simpler movements, our Adult Basics class still help to train strength and fitness but at a pace that suits you. This way, you can gradually build confidence as well as learn the foundations to get moving and boost your overall fitness.
For those aged 11-16, you’ll find Junior classes, which are tailored specifically to motivate young people to get moving.
