Didcot wave have a full time personal trainer who is available to book for private sessions to really help you get the most out of your training.
In a free session he will initially discuss your goals and objectives.
You’ll then have a training session to workout your starting point and he’ll design a personalised program for you based on this. During your PT sessions he’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure you’re working as safely and effectively as possible and pushing yourself hard enough to make those improvements.
