Drop The Mic! Spoken Word and Poetry Evening Event at Eltham Library

Calling all writers and poets, WE NEED YOU!

Are you interested in sharing your poetry with others?

Looking for inspirations for poems of your own?

Want a fun night out full of wordy, nerdy goodness?

Join us at Eltham Library on Friday 28th February at 6:30-8pm for the first open mic session of the year – arrive early to toss your name in the hat for open mic slots (Doors and signups at 6:30pm, performances beginning at 7pm).

An Evening with Alexis Gregory

Join us at Eltham Library for an evening in conversation with playwright, performer, director and producer Alexis Gregory.
His plays include Riot Act, FutureQueer, Neon Divine and more, performed all over the UK, filmed adaptations and translated for international performance.
 
A reading from a variety of published plays, informal author talk and Q+A about LGBTQ+ history and activism on Thursday 27th February from 6-7pm. Refreshments provided from 5.30-6pm.
