Mottingham Library: Closure for refurbishment

The London Borough of Bromley will soon commence works on the refurbishment of Mottingham Library, closing temporarily from Friday 11 April 2025.

GLL is working in partnership with Bromley Council to accommodate these works, which are expected to be completed by late Summer 2025.

Please note that this will involve gradually moving library stock throughout March and April, so there may be some disruption to the service ahead of this date.

A temporary programme of library activities on Friday mornings will start from Friday 25 April 2025 at Mottingham Methodist Church Hall, 62 Mottingham Road, SE9 4QR:
9.45 - 10.15 Baby Rhyme Time (birth - 18 months)
10.30 - 11.15 Toddler Time (ages 18 months - 4 years)
11.30 - 12.30 Adult Coffee Morning drop-in including a London Talk once a month.
