Small meeting rooms
These rooms have a capacity of 2-10 people, and are ideal for hosting smaller meetings, interviews, and workshops.
Which rooms are available?
There are three small sized meeting rooms at Lincolnshire Libraries, two at Lincoln Central Library and one at Gainsborough Library.
Who are they suitable for?
These rooms are ideal for students, working professionals, study groups, and other smaller meetings.
What facilities are included?
Most of our small meeting rooms include free Wi-Fi and other facilities, like a projector, smart screen or power points are available upon request.

What are the event/venue hire rates?
Event and venue hire rates vary by location, capacity, date and time, as well as whether any additional support or amenities are required. Please contact LincsLibrary.Support@gll.org to enquire.
Are there any discounted rates on room bookings?
Our meeting rooms are available at a discounted rate for registered charities, community groups and partners. Please get in touch by emailing LincsLibrary.Support@gll.org to discuss whether you are eligible for reduced rates.
My local library doesn't have any meeting rooms - can I visit another location?
Yes! Whether you're a member or not, everyone is welcome at our room hire venues across our locations.

In addition to these rooms, many of our libraries also offer whole venue hire for large scale events.

Our event spaces cater to a diverse array of needs and are suitable for community gatherings, corporate events, lectures, workshops, and public functions. They have been used in the past for conferences, pop-up shops, and 150 seat "An audience with" events.
What facilities are available?
Our function spaces include provision of tables, chairs, access to Wi-Fi, and power. Further facilities such as use of the PA system, projectors and screens are available on request. Refreshments and crockery, additional seating, stages or equipment can be arranged for an additional fee.
