Home Library Service

Service information

A Home Library service is run by friendly volunteers in Long Sutton, Stamford and Woodhall Spa Libraries. Each month, you can select the books or resources you’d like from the library catalogue, and they’ll bring them directly to your door. Alternatively, you can let them know your favourite genre and they can pick out a selection of relevant titles so you don’t have to.

Our Access Mobile service is available throughout the county for those unable to visit a core (staffed) Library or Community Hub due to location, health or mobility issues. To find out more click the link below.

Listening Lincs

Listening Lincs is a free subscription service provided by Lincolnshire Libraries supplying audiobooks on CD to blind and visually impaired readers.

If using our Access Mobile service does not meet your needs then our Listening Lincs Service can supply audio books to registered blind or partially sighted customers via the Royal Mail’s Articles for the Blind freepost service. A supply of audio books will be sent through the post to your homes which will then need returning by post, this is a free service to our library users.
