Christmas hours are coming!
Over the festive period Dudley Libraries will be closed between the 24th and 27th December.
They will open on the 28th and 29th December (29th being Stourbridge only) and will then be closed again between the 30th December and the 1st January. 

Normal operation will resume on the 2nd January 2025.

Room Hire

How to book a room

Access the room booking portal. Select your preferred date and time slot for your chosen room.
Add any special requests or requirements.* Once you're happy with your selection, check out.
Create a Dudley libraries account or login. 
Complete your booking
Complete your payment and wait for a librarian to confirm your booking via email.

Small meeting rooms

These rooms have a capacity of up to 4 people, and are ideal for hosting smaller meetings, interviews, workshops and for private work or study.

Which rooms are available?
There are four small sized meeting rooms at Dudley Libraries. The Wenyon Room at Dudley Library, two Small Meeting Rooms at Brierley Hill Library, and the Brett Young Room at Halesowen Library.

Who are they suitable for?
These rooms are ideal for students, working professionals, study groups, and other smaller meetings.

What facilities are included?
Our small meeting rooms include free Wi-Fi and access to power points. Refreshments are available on request.

Medium meeting rooms

These rooms have a capacity of 8-16 people in a boardroom layout, so are perfect for training sessions, small board meetings, and large group work.

Which rooms are available?
There are three medium meeting rooms available; the Southall Room at Dudley Library, the Deeley Room at Kingswinford Library and the Stuart Room at Stourbridge Library.

Who are they suitable for?
Ideal for businesses, community groups, children and parents, and anyone requiring a meeting space for collaborative endeavours.

What facilities are included?
Our rooms include free WiFi, and most include a projector/screen that you can use with your device. 

Large Meeting Rooms

These rooms have a capacity of 16-20 people, so are perfect for training sessions.

Which rooms are available?
There are three large meeting rooms available; the Castle Room at Archives, the Mark Round Room at Dudley Library and the Mundon Suite at Halesowen Library.

Who are they suitable for?
Ideal for businesses, community groups, children and parents, and anyone requiring a meeting space for collaborative endeavours.

What facilities are included?
Our rooms include free WiFi, and most include a projector/screen that you can use with your device. 

Conference Rooms, Theatres & Halls

These rooms are suitable for large events.
