Free online business support for aspiring and early stage entrepreneurs in Dudley.
Start Up Dudley is a new online business support service delivered through Dudley libraries, which is part of GLL’s wider business support programmes, currently being delivered in the London boroughs of Bromley, Greenwich and Wandsworth. We currently support over 600 aspiring and early stage entrepreneurs across London, and look forward to building a well-supported community of aspiring and current entrepreneurs in Dudley, as well as collaborating with similar organisations and business experts to deliver our package of support.
Online workshops, information sessions and livestreamed events
Start Up Dudley members will have access to free online workshops, events and information session on an array of topics such as: accessing funding for businesses, how to register a business and the different options available, generating business leads online, e-commerce, inspiring talks, effective marketing and much more. These sessions will be delivered in collaboration with our network of business experts and partners, and also accessed by our London business community which hope will facilitate networking and collaboration between the two regions.

There will be the opportunity for Start Up Dudley members to access 121 business support to discuss a business challenge or issue with a member of the business team through a pre-booked appointment.
Business rooms for hire
Dudley libraries has a number of rooms/halls of varying sizes that members of the community and businesses can hire.
Signposting
We will signpost Start Up Dudley members to other business support services locally, community groups, council services etc. to provide further support.
