Junior Gym
Junior Gym sessions are avaliable throughout the week at specified times which can be viewed via the timetable button below. Our qualified staff will ensure all juniors have received an induction and will be on hand in the gym to offer help and advice.
Swimming Lessons
We are the largest provider of swimming lessons across the UK. Across the country, we help over 100,000 people learn to love the water and keep active, by becoming capable and confident swimmers.
Our lessons run weekday evenings and Saturdays mornings.
Badminton
Badminton is suitable for all ages and abilities and courts can be hired for 60 or 40 minute sessions.
Junior coaching is provided on a sunday morning in these sessions the coach will work with the juniors to help them improve their all round game.
