We have fitness favourites like Circuits, Indoor Cycling and Pilates classes, as well as unique classes like Aeroibcs- Hula Hoop.

As well as a packed programme of both instructor led and virtual classes, there are also additional 'on demand' Indoor Cycling sessions included in your centre's timetable. Simply pop into and select a class of your choice. Our Fitness Instructors are on hand if you require further information or guidance
