Induction and Re-Focus Sessions
Start your fitness journey with our 60-minute initiation session, ideal for newcomers or those seeking a personalized plan. A Fitness Instructor will guide you through proper equipment use, demonstrate key exercises, and create a custom training program to keep you focused and motivated. To help you stay on track, schedule our 30-minute refocus sessions every six weeks. During these sessions, a Fitness Instructor will review your progress and update your program to keep you challenged and inspired.
