Boost your well-being with our Mind and Body group fitness classes. Enhance your strength and flexibility in low-impact options like Pilates, and experience a sense of renewal and relaxation through mindfulness-driven sessions such as Yoga.
Strength & Conditioning
Build strength and improve your fitness with our Strength and Conditioning classes. Choose from a variety of energising group workouts, like Power Pump or Circuit Training, designed to tone and condition your entire body.
Cardio
Get your heart racing with our always popular and high-energy Cardio classes. From HIIT and Group Cycle to Aqua Aerobics and more, these dynamic workouts are a fun and effective way to boost your fitness and stay healthy.
Dance
Get fit and have fun with our wide range of Dance classes. From Zumba to Social Dance, these lively and upbeat group workouts are guaranteed to lift your spirits, keep you moving, and help you stay active while enjoying every step.
Virtual Classes
We have two timetabled virtual classes available to choose from which run at various times thoughout the week. Choose from either Virtual Zumba or Virtual Power Pump and experience these immersive classes.
Basics Classes
Whatever your level of fitness, everyone is welcome at one of our fitness classes. Our Basics classes are designed for seniors, beginners, juniors, those wanting to get back to fitness after a break. We also have some Basics classes specifically for people referred by their GP or the Healthwise Team.
