Group Cycle
Best for: Lower body strength and cardio fitness
Ramp up the resistance and get moving with an energising group cycle class.
Group cycle classes are a fun way to get your exercise in and boost your fitness. During these sessions, you’ll be using a stationary bike, with an instructor leading you through different speeds and resistance levels. We also play music to help motivate you through the workout.
Combining cardio and endurance, indoor cycling training gives you a full body workout that will also strengthen and tone your legs. We even offer beginners group cycle classes to help first timers get to grips with the basics.

Boxfit
