What is Junior Gym?
Junior gym is a dedicated session for 11-17 year olds. The session allows them to start their fitness journey in a safe environment that’s fun & effective, whilst improving their health & wellbeing.
All juniors are required to have a junior gym induction before being allowed into the gym.
- Mon-Fri: 3.00-6.00pm. Must book into one of the sessions on the hour (3pm, 4pm & 5pm).
- Weekends: 9.00-5.00pm (Bookings on the hour).
