Fitness Classes Basics

Whatever your level of fitness, you're welcome at one of our fitness classes. We've recently launched classes for beginners, older people or those wanting to get back to fitness called Basics. These lower intensity classes with simpler movements help you build confidence and the foundations to get moving.

Designed for teens aged 11-17 years, our Junior fitness classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.
