Les Mills: RPM™

 

Find your rhythm in a cardio peak cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. RPM™ takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed, building up your training over time.

Programme

We currently run 3 classes a week of Les Mills: RPM, these run on a Monday at 19:15 - 20:00, a Wednesday 18:30-19:00 and a Saturday 09:30 - 10:15.

We have a variety of different instructors, all bringing their own energy to the class.
