Whether you’re taking the first steps on your fitness journey or you’re looking to stay in shape, you’ll find everything you need at the Haydon Centre and Gym.
We know that everybody’s different – and we all have our own goals. Which is why we offer loads of different types of training and support. In our gym you can get fit and raise your heart rate with cardio, or build your strength and stamina in weight training.
We want you to feel comfortable, even when you’re working out. So you’ll find dedicated sessions for junior members.
