Join Jill Campion, GSF athlete, British Open over 65s Squash champion and regular visitor of Henley Leisure Centre for exciting women's-only squash sessions at Henley Leisure Centre. Whether you're a seasoned player or a complete beginner, these sessions offer a fantastic opportunity to get to grips with this fun and fast-paced sport in a friendly, supportive and motivating environment.

The sessions, designed for all abilities, will be held monthly, with the first one taking place on Monday, February 24th, from 18:30 to 19:30. Each session costs just £4 per person, and rackets and balls will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself. 

If you're new to the sport, don’t worry! You don’t have to be super fit or technically proficient to enjoy playing squash. It’s a game of strategy, focusing more on where you hit the ball rather than how hard you can strike it. Playing with people of similar levels is a great way to build confidence, and you’ll quickly discover that squash can be a fun, sociable way to get fit, stay active, and make new friends throughout the journey. 

In addition to being a great workout, regular squash play can reduce stress, improve muscle strength, and even enhance peripheral vision and reaction speed. With a welcoming atmosphere, these sessions promise to be a fantastic way to connect with like-minded people while having a great time on the court.
