From cardio equipment like; treadmills, cross-trainers, rowers, bikes and handbikes to resistance machines, cables and free weights, including plate-loaded Hammer Strength kit.
We offer a wide range of gym sessions and induction to suit all your needs. Whether your goal is to lose weight, stay fit and healthy or build muscle, our qualified team of fitness instructors is always there to support and motivate you. We also offer a variety of classes based on the gym floor.
Gym Inductions
Basic Induction
Joining a new gym can be challenging. To make it easier for you, we offer a Basic Gym Induction, where our fitness team members will show our range of equipment and demonstrate how to use it. This induction is reccomended for more experienced gym users.
Total Induction
Whether you are new to it or need extra help, Total Gym Induction includes; an equipment presentation, a demonstration of exercises and a fitness programme tailored to your needs and designed by our qualified fitness professionals.
Re-Focus Session
To keep you on track and review your programme, every 6 weeks, you will be able to book a Re-focus session. Our fitness instructor will assess your progress and update your fitness programme to keep you motivated.

Give it a Go Induction
During this 1h Induction, the fitness instructor will chat with you about your goals and work with you on a 6-week programme tailored to your lifestyle. In the end, you will receive a personalised activity schedule to follow.
Give it a Go Assessment
Checking your programme regularly and updating your programme is important to keep you focused on your goals and avoid a plateau. Our assessment session will take 30 minutes, where the fitness instructor will review your achievements and set new goals.
