WHAT IS JUNIOR GYM?
Junior gym is a session dedicated for 11-17 year olds. This can be the begining of their fitness journey. We aim to create a safe environment that’s fun & effective, whilst improving their health & wellbeing.
All junior members are required to have a junior gym induction with one of our fitness instructors before being allowed access into the gym. This ensures their saftey and the proper use of our gym equipment.
Our Junior Gym sessions are availible at the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 15:30-17:30
- Weekends: 12:00-15:00
- Additional sessions are available during holiday periods, Monday-Friday 09:00-11:00
