Overall, I have been personal training for over 6 years and I absolutely love it, and every goal you’ve had, I've been there, done that and can show you how! Within the last two years, I have become a mum so I can understand how hectic life can get, and how certain things you once prioritised have now taken a step back / are harder to achieve when you have less time, however, that doesn’t mean its unachievable.
