Our Club Activities morning will allow you to decide which activity you would like to do on that day.

You can choose to play table tennis, badminton or short tennis with another member of the group, or if you're feeling particularly energetic, you can enjoy a light session in the gym, or one of our low impact group exercise classes.

You can even spend the morning challenging others to a game of cards or a board game, with a free tea/coffee and biscuits for your enjoyment.

Whatever your choice, all activities are aimed at getting you out of the house, and keeping your mind and body active and healthy. You'll receive great support from our professional and friendly staff who will help you achieve your best.
