There are 18 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, 23 resistance machines and a dedicated free weights area providing 29 pieces of plate loaded equipment. For a fitness programme tailored for your needs just ask one of the Better health assistants and they will be happy to put together a workout suited to you.

We have 2 spacious studios at West view better health leisure centre it is a great space that accommodates a wide range of fitness classes including yoga, HITT, Zumba, circuits to name a few.

Our 55 line climbing hall comprises of a plywood top rope section, over hanging lead wall, as well as a competition wall and an accessible wall. We also have a large bouldering area and bouldering cave.
