Intensive Swimming Lessons

Intensive swimming lessons are a wonderful way of fast tracking a child’s confidence and technique in water. The intensity of a five day programme provides immediate progression in skill and ability.

BOOK LESSONS

Junior Gym Sessions

Our junior gym sessions enable children aged 11 – 17 years to workout in a safe environment. Our instructors will make sure your child uses the equipment safely and effectively. 

Running from Monday 13th February -Sunday 19th February 2023:

Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm

Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm

£5.50 per person or free for junior members. 

Booking is required via the Better UK app, online or at the centre reception.

Please Note: On your first visit to the gym, you will need to book in for a junior induction and must provide proof of age via birth certificate or passpor.t A parental consent form must also be completed. You may collect the form from the reception desk.

Swim For All- £3 for Adults & £2 For Children

Make the most of our fantastic swimming offer this Summer at Better Fulwood Leisure Centre with our £3 Adult and £2 Child swims.

The offer is available on participating Swim for All sessions between 9am and 5pm. Bookings are recommended to guarantee admission.

Swim for All sessions are great for family and friends to have fun spend some casual time together during the school holiday mornings and on the weekends during term time. Full terms and conditions available at better.org.uk/offer-terms. Available for 11-17s at participating UK swimming pools on Swim for All sessions between 9.00am and 17.00pm. Sessions subject to availability. Swim Safely rules apply.

Fun and Floats

Fun and Floats sessions are perfect for children aged 8 years +. Either a large inflatable or a selection of floats will be in use in the large pool to encourage children to play and have fun whilst in the water.

Children aged under 8 years may attend, providing they are accompanied by an adult of 16 years+. A minimum of one adult to one child aged 0-5 years or one adult may attend with two children aged between 5-7 years (shallow end only).

All children aged 8+ years must be able to swim 25 meters (1 length of the large pool) to swim without adult supervision.

Running Monday 22nd July to Sunday 1st September, sessions are:

Friday 2pm - 3pm

Sunday 2pm - 3pm

Aqua Splash Inflatable Sessions

Come and join the fun in the large pool this summer at our Aqua Splash Inflatable session.

Available on Saturday afternoons from 13.30pm-14.30pm throughout the summer holidays, this action packed session includes fun floats and our slippery slide. 

Under 8s and non-swimmers under 16 must be accompanied by a competent adult swimmer

No more than two under 8s or non-swimmers under 16 per competent adult swimmer
