Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for the whole community, from our standard fitness classes to classes specially for an older adults, we’ve got something to suit everyone.
Don't forget you can book classes online. Members can book 6 days and 10 hours in advance, non members 5 days in advance.
Mind and Body
Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revived. Our Virtual and Instructor led Yoga and Pilates classess are available throughout the week.
Cardio
Get your heart pumping and feel better, as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes. Whether it's Group Cycle, HIIT, Aerobics or Circuits, we've got you covered.
Dance
Get fit and feel great. These fun, energising group activities are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Our Thursday evening Zumba classes are a great way to social and improve your energy and fitness levels.
Strength and Conditioning
Start building a better you. Choose from loads of great, motivational group activities that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body.
Water Workout
Lapping the pool is not the only way to get a workout in the water. Why not try something new with our water workouts. Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on joints. Our Water Workout classes are available on Wednesday's at 15.00pm and 19.05pm.
