Our recently refurbished gym at Sleaford Leisure Centre has a great selection of Cardiovascular, Resistance, and Free Weights equipment targeting all of your training needs.

We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and vibrant atmosphere for you to work out in. Whether you are new to working out or a seasoned gym-goer, our fitness instructors can get you started on your journey by familiarising you with our range of equipment and demonstrating a variety of exercises for you to do. We even offer you a fitness programme tailored to your needs to give you the best chance of staying on track after joining us.

Never Used A Gym Before?

Not sure where to start? Whether or not you need some help with the settings on the treadmill or how to set up the chest press machine, we offer inductions to all new members. This also gives you the opportunity to get advice about other activities the centre may offer, which could help you to achieve your fitness goals.
