Here at Better Gym Sleaford we run over 60 fitness classes per week across two fitness studios. Our studios are supplied with a great range of fitness equipment for various classes like; Yoga, Group Cycle, HIIT, Body Conditioning and many more!
Pool
Our Pools are a fantastic environment for children to learn to swim in. We host a wide range of swimming lessons, from Swimbies up to Rookie Lifeguard
Squash Courts
If you’re looking to play squash or racketball, then join us at Better Gym Sleaford, where we have two glass backed squash courts available for anyone to book.
3G Pitches
Our newly refurbished 3G pitch is available to hire in a 55-minute blocks. We cater for 5 a-side football and hockey games. The pitches are fully floodlit and goals for both sports available as part of the sessions.
Sauna and Steam Room
Relax after your class or gym workout in our poolside area. With the sauna as well as the steam room, you will find a perfect way to unwind and have a rest in this calming environment.
