Women's only gym
Need some space and time away from the main gym floor? Our Ladies Only Gym has a wide range of equipment and plenty of room to workout. We offer a seperate area for women who may feel uncomfortable exercising in large public gyms due to low confidence or religous beliefs.
We have a female instructor who can show you how things work in the room and help with an exercise programme if required. Please check with our reception team for her times of working or to book a personal appointment.
The Women only Gym area is open to females ages 16+

Inductions
Before using the gym you'll need to complete an induction, so our fitness instructors can check you are well enough to train. This gives you the opportunity to get advice about other activities the centre may offer which could help you achieve your fitness goals.
For a fitness programme tailored to your needs, just ask one of our fitness instructors and they'll be happy to put together a workout to suit you.
Re-focus sessions are available to you at any time, where our fitness instructor will mix up your fitness programme where needed. Did you know that keeping your workout more varied and challenging will actually keep you fitter?
Adult and Junior gym
Spend some quality bonding time with your family whilst you workout. Our popular Adult and Junior Gym sessions allow 11-17 years olds to come along to the gym any pre-paid adult. These sessions are great to encourage and develop fitness and health habits within young adults.
Sessions are bookable every 10 minutes.
