Swimming Pool

The pool at North City is heated to 28.5 degrees, is five lanes wide and 25m long. With depths ranging from 1.0m at the shallow end to 2.0m at the deep end. We run a variety of sessions each and every week.

The swimming pool is served by a village changing room with single cabins and five family changing areas including baby change tables. There are lockers within to keep your belongings safe whilst you swim, and take a £1 coin, a trolley token, or can be locked with a padlock which you can purchase from reception.

Gym

All of our equipment is provided by Technogym, and includes cardio equipment (treadmill, skill-mill, spin bikes, stair climbers, rowers, cross trainers and bikes), fixed resistance machines that hit every major muscle group and a large free weight area including two deadlift platforms, 8 cable stations, and a range of plate loaded equipment.

We have you covered for functional training too, with two dedicated spaces available at all times, a range of functional training equipment, a punchbag, and an overspill area located in the dance studio when classes are not taking place. Why not come and have a go on our sled track?

Our changing rooms are located within the gym, and include showers, toilets and padlock lockers, which are available to purchase from reception.

Health Suite

The health suite offers a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for you to enjoy. These treatments can assist with increasing blood flow, weight loss, cleansing, relieving stress and helping to relax body and mind. Showers, changing room and lockers are all provided.

 

The health suite can be accessed by anyone aged 16 and over. Swimwear must be worn at all times.

Studio

 

Our studio hosts over twenty fitness classes weekly, which can be included in membership or attended on a pay as you go basis. With classes such as group cycle, pilates, HiiT and much more, there really is something for everyone.

When not in use, the studio doubles up as an additional space for you to train in comfort, but is also available to hire for exclusive use for health groups, meetings, club AGMs, Birthday Parties and much more.

Soft Play Area

Our four tier soft play structure has a wide range of features which will keep the kids entertained time after time! We have interactive features, slides, rollers, wobblers and much more! We have something for all ages too with our under 3 area.

Meeting Room

We have a spacious meeting room available for hire here at the centre. The room can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests, perfect for large meetings, AGM's or training days. The meeting room can be laid out in a variety of layouts. The room also has a full media and conference suite, which has a variety of virtual meeting applications, full internet access.
